Terms & Booking Conditions
1. Business identity
The service is supplied by YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME, trading as YOUR COMPANY NAME, registration or licence number YOUR REGISTRATION / LICENCE NUMBER, at YOUR BUSINESS ADDRESS.
2. Independent ticket assistance
We provide independent telephone assistance in locating and arranging ticket options. Unless a booking confirmation expressly states otherwise, we are not the operator of Doha Quest or Doha Oasis and are not sponsored by or affiliated with the attraction, Qatar Tourism or their owners.
3. Enquiry and booking formation
A call or price discussion is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is formed only when the customer has been told the total price, currency, inclusions, supplier, date or validity, restrictions, cancellation terms and payment method; authorises the transaction; and receives confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
All mandatory charges and taxes must be disclosed before payment. We will not charge a card or payment method without authorisation. Replace this paragraph with your accepted payment methods, payment processor, settlement currency, invoice process and fraud checks.
5. Confirmation and delivery
The customer must review the confirmation immediately and report errors. State the exact delivery channel and timing. Tickets may be subject to names, identification, date, time slot, QR code, transfer or supplier restrictions.
6. Ticket inclusions
Only items listed in the confirmation are included. Transport, food, premium experiences, lockers, merchandise or separate-charge activities are excluded unless stated. Venue rules control admission and access to individual rides.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds

8. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate names, contact details, date and group information.
- Check confirmation, entry documents and applicable identification.
- Review current venue hours and arrive on time.
- Follow height, age, health, clothing, conduct and safety rules.
- Tell us promptly about an error or requested change.
9. Attraction operations
Opening hours, capacity, rides, shows and facilities can change because of maintenance, safety, private events or operational decisions. We do not control the attraction. Add the exact remedy your business offers for a supplier cancellation or material change.
10. Health and safety
Visitors are responsible for considering health conditions, mobility, pregnancy and safety warnings. Venue staff may refuse access where restrictions are not met. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
11. Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, submit fraudulent information or copy protected content in violation of law. Doha Quest names and marks belong to their respective owners.
12. Liability
Insert a legally reviewed limitation that is fair and valid in your jurisdiction. Nothing should exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Force majeure
State how extraordinary events outside reasonable control affect performance, customer notification, rescheduling and refunds, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
